There could be a few reasons why your card isn’t working; there may not be enough money on your card, or you’ve exceeded your spending limit for the day, or perhaps you’ve tried to shop at a place that is blocked to Kit customers. First, check your balance in the Kit app to see if you have enough money, and check your daily spend limit. If that doesn’t solve the problem, ask your Boss (the grownup that set up your Kit app for you) for help understanding your spending limits and blocked merchants.

Your Kit card looks cool and you may be tempted to snap a pic or show your friends, but just like a credit card, your Kit card number should be kept secret. You should only share your card details with your Boss and online shops you trust, and never take pictures of your card to share online. If you are unsure about whether to share your card details with someone, always check with your Boss first.
Try not to be too hard on yourself! Next time, give yourself some time to think through what you are buying. Do you need those lollies, or just want them? Understanding your wants and needs can help you make better decisions when it comes time to tap your card.
Kit can’t help you get your cash back, but your Boss (the grownup that set up your Kit app for you) may be able to help you return the item. Returns aren’t always possible so it’s best to think through each purchase before you make it!
It’s a good idea to check your balance before and after you tap your card or buy something online. Check before to make sure you’ve got enough money, and check again after to make sure the right amount was taken out. If you think your balance is not correct, check with your Boss (the grownup that set up your Kit app for you).
Not quite! Your Kit card works kind of like a credit card in that you can use it to buy things, but it’s more of a buy now, pay now thing. You need to have money loaded on to the card before you can use it. You may need to tick off your Jobs in the Kit app and wait for PayDay. If you’re unsure what to do, ask your Boss (the grownup that set up your Kit app for you).
Want to get ahead of the curve? Head to the Kit app and tap Learn to get money fit with Kit. Kit will give you all the info you need to show off your savvy earning, saving and spending skills. Psst! If you tap Kit, they even tell you jokes!

They will need to approve by entering the Boss code and a one-time passcode that we will text to their mobile number. Then you can add your Kit card to your digital wallet.
